Like the red and the rosé sitting alongside them in the Marks and Spencer’s ever-growing alcohol-free section, this Sauvignon Blanc is from Germany and comes to us courtesy of Reh Kendermann – the people who introduced Black Tower to the world.

It has the colour of a good Sauvignon Blanc. It’s fruity and refreshing but not too sweet – ideal for summer. Marks and Spencer recommend drinking it with Asian dishes, amongst other things, and some of our taste testers found it went very well with a Chinese meal. You wouldn’t mistake it for a standard-strength white wine but we certainly suggest giving it a go.
