The All-Party Parliamentary Group on Alcohol Harm

Alcohol Change UK is the secretariat for the All-Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) on Alcohol Harm. This means we help to organise the activities of the group, which brings together MPs and Peers from all parties to reduce alcohol-related harm.

APPG membership

The APPG on Alcohol Harm’s purpose is to promote the discussion of alcohol-related issues, raise matters of concern and to make recommendations to government and other policy-makers.

Meetings and events

The APPG holds regular meetings to discuss key issues around alcohol harm and hears from experts speakers, including those who have been affected by alcohol harm.

Reports and briefings

The All Party Parliamentary Group on Alcohol Harm plays an active role in raising awareness of the harm caused by alcohol and in influencing change.
