- Plan out some treats for different milestones – 1 week, 1 month etc.
 - Make plans and see friends – don’t avoid everything because you’re not drinking!
 - Fill your social feeds with sober and curious pages – unfollow anything triggering.
 - Have something fun planned for weekend mornings to keep you motivated.
 - Fill your fridge with yummy alc-free alternatives or posh squashes.
 - Know that you will be tempted and that’s ok – resisting is where the breakthrough happens.
 - Prepare your answer to why you’re not drinking so you aren’t caught off guard.
 - Have the conversations with close ones for their support.
 - Constantly remind yourself how awful hangovers are.
 - Keep a journal so you can track your progress.
