10 tips to set you up for Sober Spring success

  1. Plan out some treats for different milestones – 1 week, 1 month etc.
  2. Make plans and see friends – don’t avoid everything because you’re not drinking!
  3. Fill your social feeds with sober and curious pages – unfollow anything triggering.
  4. Have something fun planned for weekend mornings to keep you motivated.
  5. Fill your fridge with yummy alc-free alternatives or posh squashes.
  6. Know that you will be tempted and that’s ok – resisting is where the breakthrough happens.
  7. Prepare your answer to why you’re not drinking so you aren’t caught off guard.
  8. Have the conversations with close ones for their support.
  9. Constantly remind yourself how awful hangovers are.
  10. Keep a journal so you can track your progress.
