Actress, podcast host and published author, Caggie Dunlop lives a sober-curious lifestyle and is passionate about supporting others with their own relationship with alcohol.

Catherine Gray

Catherine regularly writes for the likes of The Guardian, Grazia, Stylist, Marie Claire, and The Telegraph; she is also the founder of our Sober Spring campaign.

Daniel James Henry

Daniel is an ITV news reporter and documentary maker who joined as an Ambassador after he sadly lost his uncle as a result of alcohol harm.
