Update for Try Dry® users: Some users were experiencing a temporary issue with the Try Dry® app this morning concerning a pop-up message affecting access to the app login or create account screen. To fix this, please download the latest version of Try Dry® (1.8.14), once available.

Please let us know the email address you use to log into the Try Dry app.

On Android, select Settings > About phone > Android Version. On iPhone, select Settings > General > About > Version.
