A review of alcohol-free sparkling wine Codorníu Zero - a nice sparkling drink which our taste testers found a little too sweet to replace most sparkling wines.

The drink comes from Casa Codorníu in Catalunya, a winery with a long history going all the way back to 1551. So, we were ready for a fine Catalan cava – sharp and dry with plenty of life.
This is certainly a lively drink. It’s also a nice fruity drink, but, in our opinion, it’s too sweet to stand in for most sparkling wines.
