If you want to find a good wine, asking an Italian is probably a good place to start. The question that Italian-born Londoner Roberto Vanin asked himself was whether it would be possible to have all the wine-related pleasure and relaxation of an Italian night out (or night in) but without the alcohol. They answer seems to be "yes".
Bolle – Italian for bubbles – are sparkling drinks, made using Zero Gradi™ technology to re-ferment alcohol-free wine. There are two varieties: this Rosa, and Oro.
