Haelu promise that their drinks will not only quench your thirst, but also help you relax. Every one of their drinks is made with HAELU HAPPI, their unique blend of herbs, vitamins, and minerals. This includes several plant ingredients known as “adaptogens” that have long been used in traditional Far Eastern medicine and are claimed to have health benefits (although there’s some debate about those). What’s not up for debate is the flavour – which is exceptional. One of our taste-testers said it reminded them of a cinnamon liqueur, another mentioned Christmas ale, and a third thought of muscovado sugar. With its dark sugar and mild spicy flavour, you could call it Caribbean. Served over ice, the mix of heat and cold works just perfectly.
