Impossibrew started when founder Mark Wong found that health issues meant he had to remove all alcohol from his life. He loved beer and had devoted his early career to studying beer and wine professionally. Mark wanted to find something that was more than just “alcohol-free”. He found texts dating from thirteenth century Japan detailing the benefits of certain herbs for body and mind. And so, this hazy pale is enhanced with Impossibrew’s trademarked Social Blend of herbs, with the aim of “creating a unique way for your mind to unwind”.

When you pour it, it looks great, with a lovely golden wheat colour and a thick hazy look to it. The aroma is fully of the citrus flavours that cut through in the finish. This pale ale is packed full of hops, bouncing you from tropical fruits like pineapple and mango and then to peach and citrus at the finish. It has a good body to it and a thicker more enjoyable mouthfeel than most alcohol-free beers.

A very tasty hazy pale from Impossibrew here, one that many have already enjoyed and I’m sure many will enjoy time after time.
