Collins cocktails are generally tall gin drinks with lemon and sparkling water. The Tom Collins is the most well-known, but there are others – including this intriguing Grapefruit and Chilli Collins.
It’s got a very pale golden colour and a nice grapefruit aroma. There are some interesting bitter herbs and just a small hint of chilli. Not bad at all.
