Using these insights, we will generate a report for your organisation outlining recommendations to reduce the impact of alcohol on your workplace. Building on this, we will help you to develop and implement a policy that fits your setting and can provide an annual review to ensure your policy continues to be effective over time.

We can also, if required, run a simple but effective internal consultation. Our experience is that having an independent organisation doing this can make it much easier for all employees to feel on-board with the policy once it’s finalised.

Our basic policy audit consists of a review of your current policy and supporting documents. As part of this service our expert will then provide any minor changes and recommendations. Should any further work be required, this will be quoted to you in advance and commissioned at your discretion. This may include staff surveys, interviews with key stakeholders, observation, and focus groups.
