Terms and conditions

Contractual Agreement

  1. The organiser of this event is Alcohol Change UK, 27 Swinton Street, London WC1X 9NW.
  2. Bookings can only be accepted upon receipt of a completed booking form.
  3. The delegate pack insert package is subject to VAT at the prevailing rate.
  4. An invoice will be sent on receipt of the booking form. Invoices must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date. Payment must be received in full before the start of the conference.
  5. Cancellations will only be accepted in writing. If you cancel before 30 April 2019, we will issue a full refund. If you cancel after 30 April, you will be required to pay 100% of the fees.
  6. Please send 130 printed copies of the leaflet to Julie Symes, Alcohol Change UK, 27 Swinton Street, London WC1X 9NW. Printed leaflets should be in A5 format and should arrive by no later than 31 May 2019.
