Low Tide Brewery are well-known for their wacky cans, and this one is no exception, with an image of giraffe-windmill hybrids on the plains of Africa. The beer inside is a German-style Keller Pilsner. Traditionally, this kind of beer was a special treat, in that it was brought up from the brewery cellar (or “keller”) in an unfiltered state. So, as you’d expect, this is a light and cloudy beer. It’s not the most exciting beer in the world, but it’s very pleasant, and ideal for a slaking your thirst on a hot summer’s day.
