Alcohol-free red wine is notoriously hard to get right. This Australian blend of red grapes is light and fruity, with a nice blackberry aroma and flavour. It’s refreshing and not too sweet, and the aftertaste has plenty of the tannins that give red wine its “pucker power” – it’s dryness or bitterness.

It comes in a cute bottle with picture of a fox who’s just been arrested for something or other (we’re assuming he’s “not guilty”). It’s a drink that could work well if you’re looking for an alcohol-free accompaniment to roast dinner or other rich foods.
