Senior Campaigns Marketing Manager: Update 27/02/2026

If you were looking to apply for the Senior Campaigns Marketing Manager role, a huge thank you for your interest. We have actually paused the recruitment while we do some additional evaluation and planning around the Dry January® challenge and our approach to marketing our campaigns and behaviour change programme year-round. It's vital that our job descriptions are accurate, and if we amend our plans at all, the role might also need to adapt. We're being cautious, in the interests of applicants.

If you have put time or effort in to date, we're really sorry and hope this isn't too disappointing or frustrating. We wanted to let you know as soon as the decision was taken.

People who had started to apply using our job application platform hosted by Applied, will be notified directly if they haven't been already. But if you were planning to apply, you hadn't yet started the process, and you were wondering where the application link had gone, this is the reason.

If you're interested in the role and wish to be notified if and when it goes live again, do please email us at [email protected] and indicate that you'd like to receive an early alert as soon as the role goes live again. (We will hold your data only for that purpose and will then delete it.)

About us

Alcohol Change UK exists to end the harm from alcohol and to help people across the UK to develop a positive relationship with alcohol. We:

  • Campaign for better policies and regulation
  • Work to create healthier drinking cultures
  • Deliver cutting-edge behaviour change programmes to help people take control of their drinking before they require specialist treatment
  • Collaborate with our friends across the diversity of specialist alcohol treatment to drive up access and impact, and
  • Develop new knowledge to ensure that our work and the work of everyone who seeks to reduce alcohol harm is based on the best available evidence.

We are a small, friendly team but we think big: we’re highly professional and we’re ambitious to reduce alcohol harm for as many people as possible, as rapidly as we can. We work together, as one team, and are supportive of each other. We encourage a culture of ‘experiment, fail, learn, and experiment again’ and actively encourage team members to speak out if they see something that can be changed or improved.

All roles at Alcohol Change UK are subject to a basic DBS and right to work in the UK checks.
