How does Sober Spring work?

From 20 March until 20 June, you’ll receive regular tips, insights and science-backed support to help you take a three-month break from alcohol.

Our Alcohol Change UK Ambassadors will share practical advice and honest motivation throughout your reset.

Download the free Try Dry® app to track units, calories and money saved, and earn badges along the way.

To get started, set your Sober Spring goal in the Try Dry® app under Progress > Goals > Sober Spring.

Make sure you’re opted in to emails, so you receive your weekly support. Go to 'More' > 'Email preferences' and then select 'Opt in'.
