From a partnership between Adnams and L.A Brewery comes this delightfully light and floral Suffolk Blush Kombucha. Adnams, with a few alcohol-free options in their repertoire already, have partnered with Louise Avery (L.A Brewery) who create sustainably brewed non-alcoholic drinks.

Packaged in a corked glass bottle, it gives a satisfying pop when opened, and is golden with a light fizz on pouring. There’s a delightful floral and fruity scent and the taste packs an immediate punch of elderflower, with a faint tangy aftertaste to add greater complexity to the flavour. The light bubbles are not too fizzy but add to the experience of the drink. It’s a perfect refreshing drink for a hot summer’s day.

It’s more-or-less alcohol-free but be aware that all kombuchas have varying levels of alcohol due to the fermentation of the scoby.
