Nunc was founded in 2020 by Andrew and Diana, who were on a mission to make drinks with no chemicals or artificial additives.
They are beekeepers, so maybe it’s not surprising that this drink starts with honey. The aroma is fresh and appealing. The taste is light, sweet, and refreshing, with a slight fizz. You can taste the fruits: mango and pineapple, along with some ginger too. The chilli isn’t too overpowering, but you can certainly taste it and feel it the more you drink. If you like fiery drinks such as ginger beer, you will like this one!
