Brothers cider is a family firm established in 1995, and their cider tent was a big hit at that year’s Glastonbury Festival. The family’s connections to cider making go back to 1658. So they probably know what they’re doing!
We have to confess that we were a bit suspicious of this Toffee Apple Cider when it turned up. We were expecting something sickly sweet and a bit artificial. How wrong we were! Yes, it is a sweet drink, and it’s a long way from a traditional cider, but it’s hard not to like it. Cider purists will dismiss it, but it tastes of fresh toffee and fresh apples. It does exactly what it says on the tin and we love it!
