“Collabs” are a big thing in the world of craft ales. Well, this is a craft cider collaboration – between Crafty Nectar in London and Wise Bartender in Somerset. Their aim was to create a “unicorn”: a “mythical low-alcohol cider with all the taste of a full-bodied cider”.
The myth has become a reality! This is a really good traditional cider, with only the tiniest drop of alcohol. It’s described on the bottle as medium-sweet but we thought it was a bit dryer than that. Either way, it’s a worthy rival to Stowford Press and Sheppy’s. If you’re a cider fan, or even if you’re not, it’s definitely worth a try.
