This smart green and white can is a nod to the green tea used in the development of this Original flavour kombucha from Equinox. In the glass, it has the typical kombucha colour of deep but clear amber, and it smells slightly sweet. There is a pleasing light fizz to it too. It has a clean, fresh pleasant taste with a good kick of sourness in the back of the mouth. One could easily imagine sipping it over lunch as a palate cleanser, or as a healthier replacement for sparkling wine or cider.
