This raspberry and elderflower kombucha comes in a dark pink and white can. The drink inside is a pinky pale orange, with a slight cloudiness from the kombucha culture. On the nose, it gives a very strong raspberry smell. We suspected it might be a bit sweet, but it really is super sugary in taste and this masked the kombucha flavour, and the elderflower was quite faint too.
Kombucha drinks are not usually recommended for children or anyone who is pregnant, as they are live drinks and so the alcohol content can vary over time, although it is usually not more than 0.5%.
