This Spiced Cane Spirit is a fantastic full-flavoured alternative to spiced rum. A deep flavoured spirit with notes of caramel, molasses and vanilla, it was thoroughly enjoyable. Delicious on its own, served with ice, or with a mixer, we used it to make the perfect alternative to a Dark and Stormy with lime, vanilla syrup and with ginger beer – spicy, warming and flavoursome!
