Maiden Mill is a Somerset-based cider-maker, aiming to carry on the West Country’s tradition of producing great ciders, but with a twist – all their output is alcohol free (0.5% or less).
Because it’s been made using traditional cider pressing methods, this Maiden Mill Flyer has got the mouthfeel of a proper cloudy, medium-dry cider, and our reviewers enjoyed it very much. Apparently, it’s called ‘Flyer’ in homage to all of the maiden flights that have happened in history. Tasting as good as it does, we expect this alcohol-free cider to fly off the shelves!
