A review of Nunc Jun-Kombucha: Courage - a really lovely refreshing and grown-up drink.

Jun-kombuchas are made with honey instead of sugar, which seems to make them a little lighter in flavour.
The Nunc kombuchas range comes in 330ml cans, with each flavour differentiated by colour. This is the purple one, which made me assume that it was made with purple ingredients: perhaps blueberries or blackcurrants or plum. So, I was surprised when I read the ingredients list, which includes red clover, nettles, ginger, liquorice, and tea.
I couldn’t taste any one of these over the others. They were well blended without any one overpowering flavour. The result was a really lovely refreshing and grown-up drink!
