Established in 2012, Remedy is a kombucha brand founded by Sarah and Emmet Condon from their kitchen. They had the simple aim to create something healthy and tasty.

Brewed for 30-days, their drinks are all sugar-free. Not that that means sacrificing flavour: this is a really tasty drink! When poured, there is a light fizz and a typical kombucha colour: a slightly cloudy, very pale yellow. Though it was very fruity to smell, it had more of a vinegar taste, which was not too sharp either – perfect for kombucha fans. Our taste-testers found it very appealing and drinkable indeed, some saying that they would happily drink it instead of cider. All-round, they were impressed.

Kombucha drinks are not usually recommended for children or anyone who is pregnant, as they are live drinks and so the alcohol content can vary over time, although it is usually not more than 0.5%.
