Remedy Ginger Lemon Kombucha

Our taste-testers were quite excited about this drink from the Remedy range, as lemon and ginger usually work well with the vinegary kombucha flavour. It starts with a heavy ginger scent, which initially masks most of other flavours; but, when sipped, the power of the lemon flavour is surprising and a welcome to balance the fire of the ginger. There is a pleasant aftertaste of ginger and kombucha. Some kombucha drinks can be overly fizzy, leaving an uncomfortable bloated feeling, but this one is so light that it goes well with a meal.

Kombucha drinks are not usually recommended for children or anyone who is pregnant, as they are live drinks and so the alcohol content can vary over time, although it is usually not more than 0.5%.
