This drink is made from apple vinegar: just vinegar, and nothing else.

It’s a really good vinegar, with the colour and flavour of fresh top-quality apples, from organic orchards in Herefordshire. That said, it might be a bit too sour for some people, and it’s no surprise that the makers suggest adding lemon and honey to it when mixing it to make a drink. (They also suggest mixing it with olive oil to make a salad dressing, or putting it in a smoothy).

According to Willy Chase, “this natural remedy has done wonders for me”, although, in the interests of balance, we should say that the evidence on the health benefits of drinking vinegar is mixed.
