Alcohol Change UK is delighted to launch Version 1.5.0 (3194) of the Try Dry® app with a host of exciting new features and an important bug fix for a recent calendar issue. This is another major release of features that have been requested by the Try Dry® community. From sharing innovative ideas to improve the app, to testing out the prototype features themselves, we are so grateful for the active collaboration of our app users in this latest development.
So, what's new?

You asked and we listened. After taking on board your feedback from earlier in the year, we’re so excited to share our latest Try Dry® developments with you.
Calendar view
The calendar months can now be viewed by scrolling up or down rather than by clicking left or right, so you can move seamlessly between each month. Don’t worry, we’ve kept the current look and feel, including your 'teacups'!
Units calendar
We’ve added a new calendar showing your units consumed, with a simple tap on the calendar header, along with a handy units total for each month. This is particularly helpful for those of you who are reducing or moderating their drinking.
Wellbeing
You can now track your wellbeing, specifically your sleep, energy levels, mood and craving intensity. While of course this is optional, we know that many of you want to be able to keep track of how you’re feeling as your drinking changes. There is a third calendar allowing you to see a snapshot of all your wellbeing scores.
Notes section
Finally, we’ve added a new notes section where you can record, in your own words, your thoughts, feelings, daily reflections, events or learning. This feature is particularly helpful if you like journalling or if you’re looking to develop insight into your triggers and document your journey of change. There is a fourth calendar showing which days contain a notes entry and, of course, you can view and edit previous entries.
We know that your privacy matters to you and we’ve taken that very seriously. This feature comes with the added security that the data entered is confidential to you and stored fully encrypted for your benefit only. Treat it as a secret diary, available at your fingertips.
