Founded in Swansea in 2015 by school friends Jackson and Charlie, Au Vodka has become a big hit with its golden bottles, its celebrity endorsements, and its lively social media presence.
The Au range of flavours is enormous, but this is their first foray into the world of alcohol-free drinks. Alert to the growth of the alcohol-free market, they’re aiming to offer a drink that’s “not just as an alternative, but an exciting, must-have brand that brings everyone together.”
Like all Au drinks, there’s no way you’re going to miss this on the shelves in its gold can. The drink inside the can is very blue. We found it a little sweeter that its 5% equivalent, but, apart from that, it’s more or less the same drink – only without the alcohol. If you like sweet vodka cocktails but want to cut back on your alcohol consumption, this could be exactly what you’re looking for.
