Alcohol-free gins are often very similar to each other. But this one stands out. For starters, there’s the peachy colour and the aroma of satsumas. The flavour has more to it than most too. There are all the usual gin tastes, but also those satsumas again, and a nice spicy warmth.

And it’s made with Lion’s Mane fungus, which has been used in traditional medicine for centuries (although its health benefits are still up for discussion).

Tonic and soda are the obvious options for mixers, but let your imagination run free and see what cocktails you can come up with!

Cygnet Infinity is produced by the Swansea-based Cygnet distillery, founded by singer Katherine Jenkins OBE. Like all their drinks, it comes excellently packaged and presented in a swan-neck bottle.
