The incredible popularity of gin since around 2010 is showing no signs of shrinking. It’s no surprise then that quite a few alcohol-free gins and gin-and-tonic mixes have been coming to the market in the past few years.
So, how does this one from Highball measure up? It’s got a more complex mix of botanicals than a traditional London gin, which is sure to appeal to more modern gin-drinkers who’ve been enjoying the amazing variety of flavours that go into gin these days. Our taste-testers thought it needed less quinine and more juniper. But, as always, it’s a matter of taste.
