Launched in the late Autumn of 2025, Lucky Saint Weissbier (a wheat beer – with more wheat than malted barley) is the forth beer from these pioneering London brewers – joining their original lager, their lemon lager, & their IPA – all three of which we gave 5 star reviews.
The unfiltered approach of the wheat beer gives this good body, with a slight acidity coming from a strong citrus fruit flavour, and a subtle clove spice after taste – together these give a unique 0.5 ABV twist on the typical Weissbier profile. It carries the brewery’s taste profile – which in their other offerings has featured elements of Weissbier and sours. If you’re a fan of others in the range, you’ll likely enjoy this.
This would be a great beer to enjoy with rich or spicy foods – and the 500ml bottles make it a great table beer.
It’s another strong offering from Lucky Saint, and another 5/5 from us!
