This is a drink that smells and tastes exactly like an American whisky, minus the burn at the back of the throat! It can be enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or with a mixer. We used it to make an Old Fashioned with sugar syrup, aromatic bitters and some orange peel to garnish. This this won’t suit anyone who wants to stay 100% alcohol-free, as there is some alcohol in the bitters, but there are plenty of other recipes on the Lyre’s website.
