As a lover of something bitter, a nice dry vermouth over ice is always good. However, Lyre’s Aperitif Rosso is a little on the sweeter side, and it’s not until some tonic water is added that the bitterness really surfaces.
Mix it with Lyre’s Italian Orange and tonic over ice to make an Americano Mocktail. The flavours sing. It’s a winning combination!
