This sparkling alcohol-free rosé is from the Bordeaux region of France, which is usually a good start for a wine. It’s a nice-looking drink with a good rosé colour. The aroma is slightly sweet and a little florid; the taste is not overly sweet but still a little florid. Altogether, it’s a bit like a dry, high-end rose lemonade. Not quite like rosé wine, but very nice.
