Michael is a project manager, working in the logistics industry, who decided to go alcohol-free in 2020 due to the negative impact alcohol was having on his mental health.

Michael has found his passion in giving back and supporting the sober community through raising money for charity via the “Sober is Sexy 2023 Calendar”, which raised over £2,000 for Alcohol Change UK alongside Michael Sargood. Michael also spends his free time raising money by creating digital drawings of people and their pets. He feels strongly about spreading the message that sobriety is in fact cool, fun, and sexy!
