This June, join Take 25 - a month-long challenge to reclaim 25 minutes each day for your wellbeing, while fundraising to support others experiencing their own challenges.

What is Take 25?


Take 25 is your invitation to carve out a small, meaningful moment each day just for you. Spend your 25 minutes however you choose, you could walk, stretch, run, read or pick any activity that feels right for you. As you fundraise along the way, you’ll be helping people across the UK who are affected by alcohol harm.

Make the challenge completely your own. Take 25 minutes a day or pool your time and complete 2 hours and 55 minutes each week.

However, you Take 25, it all counts.

How to get involved:

1. Pick an activity: Choose something that supports your wellbeing. It can be the same each day or something different.

2. Register to join the team: Fill in the quick form below to create your fundraising page.

3. Set your own fundraising target: Once you've picked your goal share with friends and family and ask them to support you with a donation.

4. Start logging your minutes! Whether you Take 25 daily or save your minutes for the weekend, you’ll be part of a community taking small steps that create big change.


Just as small moments of time add up to better wellbeing for ourselves, small donations add up to real, lasting change.

Why your fundraising matters

Every day, more than 25 people die due to alcohol-related harm. And roughly every 25 seconds, someone visits Alcohol Change UK’s information and advice hub looking for help, information or support.  

They might be questioning their drinking for the first time.
