Terms and conditions

Contractual Agreement

  1. The organiser of this event is Alcohol Change UK, 27 Swinton Street, London WC1X 9NW.
  2. Bookings can only be accepted upon receipt of a completed booking form.
  3. The exhibitor package is subject to VAT at the prevailing rate.
  4. An invoice will be sent on receipt of the booking form. Invoices must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date. Payment must be received in full before the start of the conference.
  5. Cancellations will only be accepted in writing. If you cancel before 30 April 2019, we will issue a full refund. If you cancel after 30 April, you will be required to pay 100% of the fees.
  6. Stand sizes are approximate and will be displayed within the exhibition space.
  7. Stands will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis and Alcohol Change UK reserves the right to amend the layout of a stand in accordance with health and safety best practice.
  8. All exhibition stands are to be set-up prior to the delegate registration period and should be removed at the end of the final coffee break.
