It’s a tricky one, isn’t it? G & T is such a classic flavour, and sometimes difficult to master in an alcohol-free form that’s good enough to please the regulars.

This one comes in a nice baby blue can, with a smart urban pigeon. In the glass, it certainly smells like a G & T. It’s clear, crisp and fizzy. The juniper comes through beautifully, but the overall finish could be a bit drier. It works well as it is, in a large glass with ice and a slice, but there is also the potential to spice it up by serving it with different fruits or herbs. It could make a really fun base for a mocktail-making session with friends.
