This is a classic pale lager – light in colour with a brief head that disappears.

The carbonation is low and the drink sits quite still in the glass. The palate is extremely light and quite thin. On the nose you get a noticeable guava aroma, which sets you up to expect more fruit than actually arrives. The flavour grows on you but remains subtle throughout.

In terms of finish, it carries a husk-dry note and leaves a dryness in the throat that often accompanies lager style drinks. It definitely tastes like a lager, and if you tasted it blind, you wouldn’t know it was non-alcoholic.
