In appearance and texture, this is very similar to Drop Bear’s Guava Cut Lager: a pale lager look, a brief head that disappears, light carbonation and a generally thin body.

Grapefruit can be harsh or overly bitter, but this beer's grapefruit comes across as more of a note than an identifiable or overpowering flavour. Sadly, our taste-testers felt that this beer missed the mark, unable to bring that distinct grapefruit taste that makes you pucker your lips from the zinginess. It will appeal to people who like mellow, smooth and milder takes with distinct yeasty finish.
