Oh boy! Where to begin?

This is a COMPLEX beer. Each mouthful presents subtle differences. Not in a frustrating way: I’m not asking this beer to make its mind up. Whatever it’s doing, it’s doing brilliantly. But it is doing a lot.

The first thing you get is herbs. Pine, basil, rosemary, with a swirl of mango, and a dash of honey. It blooms fully in the mouth, before dying off with a nutty finish.

This beer is incredible. No empty end, no blandness. If you picked this up it wouldn't be something you got because “there was nothing better to choose from” No, no! This is a beer you get because you know your stuff – you’re a connoisseur, someone looking for quality.

The only reason this beer isn’t getting a 10/5 is that that’s mathematically impossible.

Try. This. Beer.
