Basecamp is located at the grounds of historic Penrice Castle, where you’ll have the option to camp for the weekend and soak up the atmosphere before starting the challenge. The full 100km challenge follows a figure-of-eight route, with west and east loops showcasing the very best of the Gower’s unique landscapes and rich history.
Gower Peninsula Challenge
With our charity's longstanding roots in Wales, this challenge is especially close to our heart. Set on the stunning Gower Peninsula – the UK’s first Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty – this route is famous for its golden beaches, limestone cliffs, wild moors, ridges, and woodlands.
