2. Emails

When you create your account, tick the box to make sure you receive your weekly Sober Spring emails with tips from the author Catherine Gray, blogs from high-profile sober people and much more. If you already have the app, go to 'Settings' and make sure emails are switched on.

3. Goal!

Set your goal as 'Sober Spring 2021'! You can do that by tapping 'Goals and badges' at the bottom of the screen.
